After being in business in the area for over 20 years we have an understanding of how different this area is compared to Kansas or Iowa, and the way the hills can create problems. 

We like to look at the building site and the surrounding area to get any drainage issues taken care of prior to construction. We work with you and your contractor to try to reduce the cost of these issues at the end of construction so when we are done with the landscaping we don't have to redue and charge for the problems associated with water and drainage.
We do this by the use of drain tile and retaining walls. We also can create Landscaping to assist in this matter.
